Warranty & Returns
We are very fussy about the quality of every Knotty Thing that leaves our shop! We pay close attention to the details of each creation throughout every step of production. Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please notify Knotty Things immediately if your item is damaged in shipping, or it has been lost in the mail.

​If you receive one of our products and there is a defect in the material or workmanship, we will gladly work with you to ensure your satisfaction. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt. A photo of the damage will be requested so that we can review the damage with you. Item must be returned in new condition and carefully packaged for return. Return shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. Knotty Things is not responsible for your item if it is misused, or exposed to extremes in temperatures or humidity.
